India, Oct. 16 -- Union home minister Amit Shah on Thursday asked to create special jails in every state and union territory that meet the international standards for fugitives and also revoke their passports as soon as Interpol red notices are published against them.
The home minister also suggested creating a national database of fugitives and creating a special cell in every state and UT to deal with extradition cases.
