India, Feb. 16 -- The Court of Additional Sessions Judge A.I. Perampalli in Pune has dismissed a criminal revision application filed by 64-year-old real estate developer Aniruddha Seolekar, upholding a lower court's decision to proceed with trial in an alleged forgery and cheating case related to the Florida Estate B Cooperative Housing Society in Mundhwa.
The order, delivered on February 12, 2026, rejects Seolekar's challenge to the trial court's finding that sufficient prima facie evidence exists to frame charges concerning the alleged manipulation of society records and unauthorised sub-division of property.
