NEW DELHI, Aug. 15 -- A Delhi court on Friday allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to further investigate the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case and place additional forensic evidence pertaining to other "co-conspirators" involved in the exam syndicate. The order was passed by Fast-track court Special Judge Ajay Gupta, in response to an application moved by the federal agency, seeking to probe the case further by bringing on record certain incriminating material in the form of electronic evidence against "co-conspirators" other than the 13 accused, who are yet to be prosecuted.
