Bhubaneswar, Aug. 19 -- A sessions court in Odisha's Gajapati district on Tuesday acquitted top Maoist leader Duna Kesaba Rao alias "Azad" in the 2008 murder of VHP leader Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati in Kandhamal.
Additional sessions judge Satyanarayan Patra acquitted Rao, 45, of charges including murder, criminal conspiracy, and rioting, citing lack of evidence.P7
