Chennai, Aug. 30 -- Tamil Nadu police on Saturday on late Saturday arrested 22-year-old M Manik Uddin Laskar and his wife, Bhagabati Maji from Manipur's Jiribam district in connection with the murder of a woman whose dismembered body was discovered in a red trolley suitcase aboard a Delhi-bound train earlier this month, police said on Sunday.

On August 5, passengers travelling on a Tamil Nadu Express train noticed a foul smell emanating from a red trolley suitcase in an unreserved compartment after the train reached Agra. Railway police were immediately alerted. They opened the suitcase and recovered the headless and dismembered body of a woman.
