New Delhi, Feb. 18 -- Days after a 17-year-old allegedly driving a speeding car killed a 23-year-old biker and injured another person in Dwarka, Delhi Police has booked his father under the Motor Vehicles Act. The father claimed he didn't know his son was driving. "I am regretful this happened. I can imagine what pain the [victim's] family must be going through," he told media persons. P7
