India, June 7 -- The AAP on Saturday said MCD issued transfer orders for two deceased engineers and a suspended engineer in the aftermath of the Hauz Rani fire incident. The order, a copy of which HT accessed, was later withdrawn. It named junior engineer (JE) Apoorv Bhatnagar, who died seven months ago and Prateek, another JE, who died a few months ago. The order also named JE Gaurav Garg, who has been suspended for the past nine months. P4
