Chandigarh, March 8 -- Highlighting the global outreach of Indian dispute resolution institutions, Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant on Saturday said the country was ready to think seriously about the next phase of its dispute resolution journey. CJI Kant was in the city to take part in the inauguration ceremony of the Chandigarh International Arbitration Centre (CIAC) with the beginning of the India International Disputes Week, themed "India's Cross-Border Disputes Services: 2026-2030 Outlook for Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration".
