Panchkula, Aug. 15 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), has filed a closure report in the death of 19-year-old teacher, Manisha, from Bhiwani in 2025. In the report filed at the special CBI court in Panchkula, officials said that she had committed suicide by consuming an insecticide.

The 19-year-old, a private play school teacher, left her home in Dhani Laxman village on August 11, 2025. The FIR in the case was registered on August 12 night. On August 13 her body was found in a field near the canal of Singhani village, bearing injuries on the neck.

Three post-mortems of Manisha's body were conducted, as demanded by the family. First was in Bhiwani, followed by another in PGI Rohtak, and third in AIIMS, Delhi. Following protests...
