Chandigarh, Dec. 26 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a charge sheet against five Punjab Police personnel for allegedly assaulting a colonel and his son earlier in March, people aware of the matter said on Thursday.
Colonel Pushpinder Singh Bath and his 21-year-old son Angad were allegedly assaulted by the accused cops over a parking dispute outside an eatery in Patiala. No "attempt to murder" charge has been included in the charge sheet, the people added. P12
