LUCKNOW, Oct. 8 -- Manyavar Kanshi Ram Ji Smarak Sthal in Uttar Pradesh capital is decked up for the show of strength by the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on the occasion of the death anniversary of party founder Kanshi Ram on Thursday (October 9).
