India, Sept. 12 -- As BRICS adopted the New Delhi declaration for the ongoing summit, the member countries condemned the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 civilians were killed in Kashmir Valley last year in April. It termed the attack as 'criminal and unjustifiable'.
