New Delhi, Feb. 28 -- In poll bound West Bengal, the Bharatiya Janata Party will kick start its election campaign with a seven-day "Parivartan yatra" (call for change) beginning March 1, which will focus on the "key administrative lapses" of the ruling Trinamool Congress government in the state, said people aware of the details.
