PATNA, Sept. 27 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) scaled up its preparations for the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar, with top party leaders including Union home minister Amit Shah and education minister Dharmendra Pradhan taking stock of poll preparations in the state.
