New Delhi, Sept. 9 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and senior advocate Gaurav Bhatia has filed a defamation suit before the Delhi High Court against Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) spokesperson Saurav Das over his allegedly defamatory post in which he claimed that Bhatia called right wing influencer Swatantra Bhardwaj a "dimagi naxal". Bhatia's suit, which also names CJP founder Abhijit Dipke and co-convenor Ashutosh Ranka as defendants, and seeks Rs.2 crore as damages was filed after Das shared an AI-generated graphic on September 5.
