MUZAFFARPUR/DARBHANGA, Oct. 30 -- Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched the election campaign for the Grand Alliance (GA) on Wednesday from Muzaffarpur in Bihar along with the bloc's chief ministerial candidate and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and others. Gandhi criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of stooping to theatrical lows for electoral gains.
