LUCKNOW, Feb. 13 -- Authorities at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) are set to send proposals to start distance education courses to the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university got a NAAC A++ grade in 2023 and any institute with a grade NAAC A or above can begin distance education courses with approval from the UGC.

Prof Raj Kumar Mittal, vice-chancellor, BBAU, said that the university is set to send proposals for distance education courses in Home Science, Management, Social Work, Yoga and Engineering.
