India, March 7 -- At least eight people have died after tornadoes and powerful storms struck parts of Michigan and Oklahoma over two days this week, officials said, as meteorologists warn that more severe weather could impact large parts of the United States in the coming days.
The deadly storms, which hit between March 5 and March 6, left widespread destruction in several communities and prompted emergency warnings across multiple states.
