Noida, Aug. 22 -- A 29-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run when an unidentified vehicle hit his motorbike-taxi in Noida Sector 83 on Tuesday evening, police said. The victim, Ankur Bikash Bora, from Lakhimpur, Assam, had shifted to Noida from Bengaluru barely a month-and-a-half ago on being promoted as a senior engineer at an American MNC, police said. He was riding pillion on the bike when he was killed, and the bike rider sustained injuries. Bora worked as senior application engineer at Cadence in Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ) in Phase 2.
