India, April 8 -- Ahmedabad-based Arvind SmartSpaces has expanded its presence in the Mumbai real estate market, by announcing two redevelopment projects in Santacruz and Goregaon over the past two weeks, with a combined estimated potential exceeding Rs.2,700 crore.
On April 7, the company signed a redevelopment agreement for a residential high-rise project in Goregaon (West), Mumbai. The project has an estimated top-line potential of Rs.2,400 crore and a total saleable carpet area of 0.67 million sq ft. It is being developed in partnership with Sigma Oxford Realtors.
