India, March 10 -- Outlining a development roadmap that prioritises infrastructure expansion, hydropower generation, entrepreneurship and welfare initiatives while maintaining fiscal discipline, Arunachal Pradesh deputy chief minister Chowna Mein on Tuesday presented the state budget for 2026-27.
