India, July 12 -- Arshad Warsi sold a shop in Mumbai's Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri West, for Rs.6.25 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by Liases Foras. The documents show that Warsi purchased the shop in 2012 for over Rs.2.12 crore.

The transaction, registered on July 1, 2026, pertains to a shop located on the ground floor of Grenville Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.

According to the documents, the commercial shop has a carpet area of 63.87 square metres (684 sq ft). The property was purchased by an individual named Umang Rajkumar Budhraja for Rs.6.25 crore.
