New Delhi, May 18 -- Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu announced incentives of Rs.30,000 for a third child and Rs.40,000 for a fourth. Increased populations and, therefore, parliamentary seats, are not the battle for Andhra. Instead, the CM should invest in building climate resilience, which also enables improved economic dividends. My focus in this small column will be on only one aspect of the climate crisis: heat stress.
