India, April 18 -- The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court has deferred its order, which was given in an open court on Friday, for lodging an FIR against the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on a BJP worker's petition alleging that he is a British national.

In the order uploaded on the high court's website on Saturday evening, the court has issued a notice to Rahul Gandhi to present his viewpoint on April 20 on the BJP worker's petition before passing any order.
