Patna, Oct. 10 -- The ruling NDA is likely to announce its first joint list of candidates for the two-phase Bihar assembly polls on October 13 as the BJP managed to break the ice with its ally Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan following hectic negotiations on Thursday, people in the ruling alliance aware of the details said. It came a day after Paswan, who is also a minister at the Centre, expressed dissatisfaction with the seat-sharing deal. According to top NDA functionaries in the state, all alliance partners have reached an agreement on seat allocation, although the seats to be contested by each are yet to be disclosed.
