Mohali, Aug. 15 -- As many as 94 individuals have been selected for recognition at the district-level Independence Day celebrations in Mohali on August 15. The list covers government employees from several departments as well as residents, social workers, sports personalities, educators, students and community contributors.

The awardees will be felicitated during the function at Shaheed Major Harminder Pal Singh Government College, Phase 6, where Punjab public works minister Harbhajan Singh ETO will unfurl the National Flag.
