Amritsar, Sept. 19 -- A 45-year-old assistant sub-inspector (ASI) was shot dead allegedly by two motorcycle-borne assailants in Amritsar early on Friday in another deadly attack against police personnel in Punjab this year, officers said, adding that a search is underway to locate the accused who fled the scene.P10
