NEW DELHI, Aug. 29 -- Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested four men for allegedly stabbing a 30-year-old homeless and unemployed person to death in West Vinod Nagar's Rajinder Park, police officers aware of the matter said on Thursday. Deputy commissioner of police Abhishek Dhania identified the victim as Narender (single name), who had come to Delhi from Uttarakhand's Almora district. He was found lying in a pool of blood and was declared dead at LBS Hospital. Police said Narender, in an inebriated state, had asked one of the accused, Nikhil Bora alias Chunnu, for a cigarette, which led to an altercation. Bora and his associates, identified as Prem Kumar, Aman Saifi and Aftab, attacked him with a knife. Another accused, Bhuppi, is absconding...
