NEW DELHI, Oct. 23 -- Three friends on a motorcycle returning from Haryana after dinner died after their bike allegedly hit concrete barricades placed around an under-repair stretch of the Grand Trunk Road in Libaspur early on Wednesday. Officials found that no reflectors had been installed at the repair site at the time of the crash. DCP (outer north) Hareshway Swami said the victims were residents of Nangloi and were returning home from Murthal. They were not wearing helmets, he added. P6
