India, April 23 -- A posh South Delhi neighbourhood - Kailash Hills - has hit headlines for the shocking details and chain of events in the alleged rape and murder of a 22-year old woman by a former house help, who allegedly raped another woman hours before the crime in the national capital.

The victim, an IIT graduate who had been preparing for the civil services examination, was found by her parents when they returned from the gym at around 8 am on Wednesday. Her father is a civil servant; her mother, a dentist. Her brother, 25, lives and works in Maharashtra's Mumbai.
