New Delhi, Sept. 26 -- A 19-year-old candidate has been apprehended for allegedly sending an impersonator to appear for his physical endurance and measurement test (PEMT) at Delhi Police Academy in Wazirabad on Thursday, police said. According to officers, the person appearing on behalf of the candidate allegedly cleared the 1,600 metres race, long jump and high jump contests before handing over the chest number to the original candidate and leaving the PEMT venue.
