New Delhi, March 14 -- A 17-year-old girl suffered injuries after she allegedly jumped on the metro track at Dwarka Sector 14 metro station on Friday, a police officer said. The incident took place at 12.58pm. The officer said the minor had a narrow escape and suffered injuries to her legs. "A PCR call was received about a girl jumping on the metro track at Sector 14 station. She was found injured and rushed to Indira Gandhi Hospital, Dwarka," the officer said. "In her statement, she stated that she was under a lot of stress and depressed regarding board exams. A probe is underway," the officer added. Since February, this was the fourth such case of suicide attempt on the metro tracks. htc
