Gurugram, June 24 -- Two accidents on the Delhi-Gurugram corridor triggered a 12km-long traffic jam on Tuesday morning, trapping commuters in their vehicles for hours. The two accidents - the first, a collision involving two buses and the second, an overturned truck, both in the Rajokri area of south-west Delhi - effectively created two bottlenecks, sparking traffic on the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway and adjoining arterial roads. By noon, traffic slowed to a crawl from the Kherki Daula-Sirhaul stretch, with motorists reporting delays of up to an hour.
