New Delhi, Dec. 13 -- The Supreme Court on Friday sharpened its scrutiny of the Madras high court's role in the aftermath of the Karur stampede, observing that "something is wrong" in the manner the high court dealt with proceedings related to the tragedy that claimed 41 lives during a rally by actor-turned-politician Vijay. The bench made the remark after examining a report submitted by the registrar general of the Madras high court.P13
