Bengaluru, Oct. 29 -- The Karnataka high court on Tuesday stopped the state government from enforcing its controversial order restricting gatherings of more than ten people in public or government-owned spaces, which was widely believed to be targeted at the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh. The court said the order is a "violation of fundamental rights".
The state government has said it will challenge the stay.P10
