India, Aug. 15 -- Yashasvi Jaiswal made a promising start to his knock in the opening innings of the first Test against Sri Lanka in Galle on Saturday. But his 32-run knock ended in one of the strangest run-outs you are likely to see, following a bizarre mix-up with KL Rahul.

It happened on the final ball of the 11th over of the first session when Rahul neatly drove a flighted delivery from Keshara Nuwantha towards mid-on and set off for a single. Jaiswal responded to the call and took off as well, but the bowler dived to his right in an attempt to stop the ball and collided with the Indian batter.
