New Delhi, Jan. 22 -- Minister for electronics and information technology (MeitY) Ashwini Vaishnaw pushed back against the suggestion that India belongs to a second tier of artificial intelligence (AI) nations, at the World Economic Forum panel titled 'AI Power Play, No Referees'.
