'I'm getting the Venice experience': Gurgaon founder slams flooded roads after an hour of rain
India, Aug. 25 -- A Gurgaon-based founder has sparked a discussion online after sharing a video of a waterlogged road outside his home following about an hour of rain. In the clip, he questioned the quality of civic services despite residents and businesses paying multiple taxes, and said such conditions could push entrepreneurs to consider moving abroad.

Taking to Instagram, Dr Shivin Chaudhary shared the video while showing the flooded street outside his house.
"So, it has been raining in Gurgaon since the past one hour, and this is the condition of the road outside my house. Look at this, so beautiful. Looks so good....
