'Far-fetched, highly misconceived': Delhi HC rejects petition to deregister AAP
India, May 20 -- The Delhi high court on Wednesday dismissed a petition seeking deregistration of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) over allegations that its leaders, including party convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, acted contrary to constitutional principles through their conduct during proceedings before Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) plea challenging the trial court's discharge order in the excise policy case.
