New Delhi, Aug. 9 -- A 19-year-old DU student allegedly died by suicide as she jumped off a shopping mall adjacent to Rajouri Garden metro station on Saturday, police said. The body was found by a head constable of the Rajouri Garden police station who was on patrol duty, police said. DCP (west) Hareshwar V Swami said that a handwritten "suicide note" was recovered from the woman's possession.
"Her family informed that she had been suffering from depression after her mother's death in 2021. No evidence suggesting foul play was found," said the DCP. htc
