Goa, April 17 -- A 40-year-old woman, identified as Sukorin Faria, lost her life on Friday after accidentally coming into contact with a high-tension power line in Tilamol.

According to reports, the incident occurred while she was attempting to pluck raw mangoes using a long steel pipe. The metal pipe reportedly slipped from her grip and made contact with an overhead high-tension wire, leading to a fatal electric shock.

The sudden incident has left the local community in shock. Authorities are expected to look into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
