Goa, July 19 -- Men's rights activist Barkha Trehan has drawn national attention after she allegedly threw ink at Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke during a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on Saturday. The incident took place at around 1.20 pm while Dipke was addressing supporters and criticising the Delhi Police over the removal of climate activist Sonam Wangchuk from the protest site earlier in the day.

According to police, 32-year-old Trehan approached the stage during the speech and allegedly threw ink at Dipke from close range. CJP supporters quickly restrained her before she was taken to Parliament Street police station for questioning.
