VASCO, Sept. 25 -- Vasco MLA Krishna Salkar, along with railway and Water Resources Department (WRD) officials, conducted a joint inspection of the railway underpass to assess issues related to waterlogging and traffic congestion.

The inspection was also attended by MMC Chairperson Girish Borker and the WRD consultant. The team reviewed the existing conditions at the underpass and surrounding areas, particularly near the Tanya Hotel junction, where traffic movement has been affected.

Salkar said plans are being worked out to ensure smoother traffic flow in the area and address the recurring waterlogging problem.
