India, March 1 -- A major water pipeline rupture has been reported near the Old Patto Bridge in Panjim, leading to severe water wastage in the area. Large volumes of water were seen gushing out and flowing directly into the Mandovi river. The leakage has raised concerns among local residents, who fear prolonged disruption and unnecessary loss of treated water. Citizens have urged the concerned authorities to step in immediately and carry out urgent repairs to prevent further wastage and environmental impact.
