Goa, June 2 -- Vehicles allegedly operating commercially with white number plates handed over to Traffic Police by Rent-a-Cab Association members.

Two Mahindra Thar vehicles allegedly being used for commercial transport with white number plates were intercepted by members of the All Goa Rent-a-Cab Association and subsequently handed over to the Traffic Police for further action.

According to association members, the vehicles were suspected of operating as tourist taxis despite being registered with private (white) number plates, prompting the interception. The matter was later brought to the attention of the Traffic Police, who took custody of both vehicles for investigation.
