Goa, July 14 -- Two separate road accidents were reported on Sunday in Kundaim and Curchorem, highlighting the continued concern over road safety in the state.

In the first incident, a truck crashed into two buses that had stopped to pick up passengers at Manaswada-Kundaim. A scooter rider narrowly avoided serious injury by jumping off just in time. Mardol Police rushed to the scene and conducted a site inspection to assess the situation and initiate further action.

Meanwhile, in another accident at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Circle in Curchorem, a bus collided with an Alto car. Fortunately, the driver of the car escaped unhurt, and no major injuries were reported.
