Goa, July 13 -- Two bulls were successfully rescued after they fell into a well at Fernandes Waddo in Siolim following a bull fight on Monday.

Local residents, along with former Sarpanch and former panch member Vignesh Chodankar, rushed to the spot and immediately sought assistance from the Mapusa Fire Station. A team of firefighters led by Fire Officer Suraj Shetgaonkar carried out the rescue operation and safely brought both animals out of the well.

According to officials, neither of the bulls sustained any injuries in the incident. The prompt response of local residents and the fire personnel ensured the successful rescue of the animals.
