Goa, July 14 -- Bicholim Police have arrested two men in connection with the electrocution death of a 20-year-old ITI student during electrical installation work at a house under construction in Maulinguem.

The accused have been identified as Kedar Krishna Mandrekar (33) and Sameer Ramnath Maulingkar (41).

According to police, the student suffered a fatal electric shock while testing the electrical wiring at the under-construction house. Preliminary investigations revealed that the accused allegedly failed to ensure adequate safety measures during the testing process, resulting in the tragic incident.
