Goa, July 15 -- In a major development in the Cunchelim Communidade land scam case, the Mapusa Police have arrested three more individuals - Raja Anthony, Raju Mandrekar, and Sumit Phadte - for their alleged involvement in the fraudulent sale of Communidade land.

The accused were produced before the Mapusa court and have been remanded to two days of police custody for further investigation. The trio is suspected of playing a key role in preparing fake documents and unlawfully facilitating the sale of community-owned land.
