Goa, Aug. 20 -- Old Goa Police have arrested three people in connection with an alleged assault on the Kadamba Bypass service road near V2 Shopping Mall. The accused have been identified as Rohan, a Kolhapur native staying at a hotel in Merces, Adarsh from St Cruz, Tiswadi, and Dhiraj from Merces. The arrests were made on August 20. According to the complainant, he and a companion were recording a group while travelling towards Panaji when they were confronted. He suffered bruises and bite marks, while his mobile phone was damaged during the altercation.
